Willamette Valley & Oregon Coast – 2013
In many ways, Oregon is heaven for cycling. It doesn’t have the rail and canal trails you find all over the mid-atlantic, but the cities have excellent bike lanes and the countryside is incredibly picturesque.
This ride took me on a loop from Portland down through the Willamette Valley to Eugene, across the mountains to Florence, up the coast to Lincoln City, back over the mountains to McMinville and up to Portland.
